Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about starting your home creamery journey.

How should I store my cheese cultures and rennet?

To maintain potency, cultures should be stored in the freezer, while liquid rennet should be kept in the refrigerator. Always ensure the containers are tightly sealed to prevent moisture from entering.

Do you offer international shipping for perishable items?

We ship our non-perishable equipment worldwide. However, for live cultures and liquid rennet, we recommend selecting express shipping to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.

What is your return policy on ingredients?

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food-based ingredients like cultures, enzymes, or salts. If your equipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days for a full replacement.

Are your cheese making kits suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our beginner kits come with step-by-step instructions and all the specialized equipment needed to make your first batch of mozzarella, ricotta, or goat cheese in under an hour.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.

Can I use store-bought milk with your supplies?

Yes, you can use most store-bought milk as long as it is not 'Ultra-Pasteurized' (UP). High-temperature processing prevents the milk from forming a solid curd.
