At Cheese Making, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artisanal supplies; however, due to food safety regulations, we can only accept returns on non-perishable hardware and unopened ingredients within 30 days of purchase.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your items are unused, in original packaging, and do not include live cultures or liquid rennet, which are non-returnable for safety reasons.

Contact Support

Email our curd-nerd support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Pack your items securely in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship and Refund

Send the package to our warehouse using a tracked shipping method; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
